Please read carefully all the terms and conditions set forth below for Pure Charge Nutrition Store and Services.  If for any reason you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use our site.

Payment

All payments are due immediately when order is submitted. You agree to provide a valid payment method with corresponding billing information for all your orders.  All purchased items will ship once the payment is received, processed and approved.

Prices for products in our store may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering after time of purchase.

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon during the checkout process. Pure Charge Nutrition ships to U.S. addresses only.  

Return Policy/Refund

We will do our best to accommodate all our customers.  Your received items are eligible for refund or return based on complaints limited to defectiveness, damage during shipment or lost during shipping.   A replacement item will be sent free of charge upon proof of such occurrence.  If the item matches the description by the Pure Charge Nutrition and the buyer is unsatisfied, Pure Charge Nutrition is not responsible for refund. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.   All returns must be made within 15 days upon delivery.  Please contact info@purechargenutrition.com to initiate a return process.  After 15 days we have the right to refuse your return request.

Cancellation Policy/Refund

Your order may be canceled until it is processed and shipped.  If successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund minus 2.3% plus $0.30 per transaction.  These are the processing fees we incur and are not refunded to us by our payment processing service.

Complaints

Any complaints about items purchased may be sent to our support team:  info@purechargenutrition.com. We do our best to bring resolution to each complaint brought to us, but there is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at separately.

Legalities

The Pure Charge Nutrition is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the Pure Charge Nutrition shares no responsibility. Pure Charge Nutrition products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.  All statements through out the website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before using any supplements, to determine if it is right for your body. If you or your family has a history of high blood pressure and/or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain, smoked, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem or any other medical condition, once again make sure you consult your doctor or physician before making any dietary and activity changes.   Do not start using vitamins or supplements or a fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it.
